| Hour Time is Wigtownshire's Time Bank | |||||||||||
| Time Banking connects people to a
stream of goodwill and practical support. It strengthens
our communities by supporting young, old and everyone in
between. As our communities change, with more older people
moving to Wigtownshire as they retire and more younger
people moving away to find work or for education we need
to find ways of bringing communities together. It is also a way to bring people together to share their skills. People get the help they need and in turn feel they can help others with the everyday, practical support we all need from time to time. |
